What's for Dinner: Bolognese

Last week I had friends for dinner and they are all about comfort food. Ina Garten's Weeknight Bolognese seemed like the perfect choice. RECIPE It is delicious and so easy!

Paired with a great bottle of red wine.  One of my favorites is a bottle of Cabernet from RAVENSWOOD

Along with a fresh baguette and a Boston Bibb Salad with Advocado from PARK AVENUE POTLUCK COOKBOOK. You can find the recipe HERE.

  7. That looks REALLY good. The salad also amazing, love bibb lettuce, so much tastier than others. Will try both.

  8. question, how did you serve the bolognese? I've always wanted to make it at a dinner party, but not sure how to do with lots of guests. Did you pass a bowl of pasta and pass a bowl of sauce separately? Seems messy...thank you!

  9. Anonymous - I toss the pasta in the sauce to have it coated. I served it in individual bowls on large rectangular plates with the salad and bread on the side. Hope that helps!
