The next guest in the series is Leslie from HADLEY COURT. Hadley Court was Leslie's family home where she spent summers as a child. Every day at Hadley Court was a celebration of fine living. Leslie's mother, and her style icon, taught her that fine living wasn’t about acquiring expensive trinkets, but more about enjoying every day pleasures we so often overlook. The blog is devoted to living well and with style. Don't you love it?!
I was thrilled when Kate asked me to guest post on her blog. Party Resources is one of my most favorite blogs and a daily read of mine. I actually got a little giddy when she asked me to share what I would do differently if I had the chance to say “I do” for the second time. I loved my first wedding and I still love the groom after all these years. My wedding was very formal and very large. Both of our families are from the same town so it was difficult to manage the guest list. It was a bit overwhelming. Our reception was held in lovely antebellum home which now serves as a museum.
My “Take Two” wedding would be a destination wedding on some tropical island, maybe even Bora Bora. I would invite only a few close friends and family so I could enjoy every moment.
