Winter Weeknight Dinner


This time of year I love to make soup. Warm, comforting and easy to make. I usually double recipes so I have ample leftovers and some to put in the freezer. Next on my list is this RECIPE for Cream of Mushroom Soup. Yes, please! 


Paired with a crusty baguette and a tossed green salad it would be perfect for brunch, lunch or a light dinner.

  1. Mmmmm....this looks delish! I love making and enjoying soup all winter. Tortilla soup, Butternut squash, Broccoli....I love them all.
