While I would happily pass on most of Florida, I do enjoy Palm Beach. My great grandfather had a home there and I have been going since I was a baby. Shopping on Worth Avenue, lunch at Cafe Boulud, sipping cocktails at the Breakers, staying at the Four Seasons looking out over the Atlantic - just what the doctor ordered this time of year!

Sounds soooo good right now. I agree I am not much of a Florida person and unlike many we will not retire there:)BUT Palm Beach is the exception, we were there a few months ago and did a lot of what you mentioned and have to say it was fabulous, a true little gem.

ReplyDeleteI keep telling my husband that we are headed to Palm Beach as soon as our youngest graduates from high school! Never mind I've never been in person...I just know I would love it!!! Wish I was there today!
