I have been meaning to do a post on Giada De Laurentis for the last few months. Since she is red hot after being picked to cook for Wills and Kate last week, this seemed like the perfect time. No pressure at all cooking for the world's most famous couple!
I have to confess that I am a fan of Giada and her recipes. So cliche I know! I have a copy of GIADA AT HOME and I use it often when I entertain.
