Because I Love It

As Hurricane Sandy continues to linger over Boston, I love this cheery color combo of kelly and navy for a bridesmaid. Adorable!

I Do II: Fashion-isha

I am so glad everyone has enjoyed this series. Our next guest is Sharon from FASHION-ISHA who has been a devoted reader of my blog and I wanted to have her join in the fun.! If Sharon had a "redo" it would be a wedding in a French chateau on the beach.

The event would be decorated with an abundance of flowers, candles and lace.

For the bride - an ethereal gown and Louboutin booties.

Gold accents from the cake to the bride's nails.

And after 23 years of marriage, Sharon would keep the same groom. Oh...and afterwards a romantic honeymoon in Italy.

Thanks, Sharon for all of your great choices.

An Apple A Day

Fall is my favorite time of year in Boston. Boots, cashmere, crisp air, turning leaves, crackling fires, red wine and all things apple!

Stunning Fall Blooms

How pretty for fall entertaining! This would be easy to do yourself - arrange flowers in a vase or small bucket and nestle in a hollowed pumpkin.

I Do II: Barefoot in Boston

A warm welcome to my next guest in this fun series - Courtney of BAREFOOT IN BOSTON (via Houston). Courtney is a Bostonian transplanted in Houston (with her hubby) for work. Be sure to check out her blog!

Courtney loved her first wedding and wouldn't change her groom! Below is a photo of them on their wedding day. Adorable!

But if Courtney did get to do it all over again (with the same groom of course), she would have a large wedding with a white palette, black tie formal and Frank Sinatra playing in the background.
