Party Tips: Terri of La Dolfina

Terri and her husband

Terri and her husband are a dynamic duo when it comes to entertaining and wanted to collaborate together on this post. Fun! They live in the Bay Area and Terry is the force behind LA DOLFINA blog (love it)! Terri has great style so I knew she would have some great ideas on entertaining.

Favorite Cocktail:
Champagne Cocktail but with a twist.  Start with this RECIPE

But soak the sugar cube in Blood Orange Bitters which can be found HERE.

Favorite Recipe:
Terri's favorite recipe is a guaranteed crowd pleaser and could not be simpler. First you need the following from your local TRADER JOE'S:

  • Make the gingerbread according to the instructions on the package.
  • Heat the caramel sauce.
  • Add a scoop of pumpkin ice cream and top with whipped cream.
  • Drizzle with caramel sauce and a sprinkle of candied pecans.

Favorite Restaurants:
Terri and her husband are surrounded by many fabulous restaurants in the Bay Area, but if they could only pick one favorite, it would be
CHEZ PANISSE.

Alice Waters also has a small french style cafe which Terri and her husband love for breakfast - CAFE FANNY

Favorite Party Sources:
Terri uses her own collection of china, silver, linens and glassware to inspire her entertaining.

For shopping? TRADER JOE'S is Terri's hands down favorite for flowers, cheese, wine - you name it!

Favorite Party Tips:
