What's For Dinner: Pumpkin Pasta in a Sage Sauce


With the arrival of fall, I am already thinking about fall menus. One of my favorite autumn ingredients is pumpkin, especially when partnered with sage. Delicious!

An ARUGULA SALAD with shaved parmesan and lemon dressing.

  3. i would be all OVER that. yum. there is one dish i love similar, but it has roasted walnuts in the sage/butter sauce. it adds a crunchiness to the texture that really does it for me. :)
