On my deck in Boston is a large pot of basil that I use through out the summer. (Dixie's home in Connecticut has a large herb garden - including basil - right outside her kitchen door which is so perfect for cooking.) I am always looking for recipes to incorporate this delicious, summery herb in my menu.
