Five for Fall - Good Life of Design

Happy Friday! I am delighted that Kathysue from GOOD LIFE OF DESIGN is joining me today with her Five for Fall. Be sure to check out her blog and you will love her warmth and enthusiasm that come through in her blog. Kathysue is one of the nicest people in the blogosphere. Really. Truly.

1. The glow of unscented ivory CANDLES in all shapes and sizes

2. The subtle warm wonderful fragrance of COTE BASTIDE AMBER which will have your guests asking "What smells so good!?"

3. Williams Sonoma MULLING SPICES are the best you can find and garnish with cinnamon sticks.

4. CUTTING BOARDS are great for serving cheese and crackers or even small boards can be used to serve bowls of fall soup!

5. Living in California, Kathysue entertains outside during the fall months and has COZY THROWS on hand when the temperatures drop.

Thanks, Kathysue!

  1. Oh, Kathysue is fantastic! Eye candy kind of post!!! It makes you look outside and find a beautiful tree to look at and really enjoy Fall.

I'm also in love with the throws. Beautiful!

    Have a blessed weekend.

  2. COTE BASTIDE AMBER looks interesting! Mini bread boards -- add a cozy touch to any season. Lovely choices and reminders too! I tend to plan the table settings for Thanksgiving long before I think about the food or maybe that's the first course, images of Fall, then the food . . . . Fall sets into the house and everything else follows.

  5. We love using the antique cutting boards and bread boards for cheese and cracker. With a little fruit and a touch of greenery it makes such an easy and chic hors d'oeuvre!

  6. Love it all. I am a fan of pillar candles, WS mulling spices, throws and bread boards. I have used Cote Bastide Ambre for years -- a luscious scent. I am also a big fan of Kathysue. She is such a talented, sweet lady.

  7. Lovely Kathysue. How cosy and warming are these things, especially as the chill sets in. We are warming up down under now for summer, but those images of fall leaves are staggeringly beautiful.
