Pink Princess Party for Mia

Mia and Auggie

Happy Birthday Mia! This is a post I did in honor of Mia last year and it is was such a huge hit, I wanted to share it again this year in honor of her and her great style!

Mia is one of my favorite little people. (She is also best pals with my Jack Russell, Auggie.) Her birthday inspired me to create a party theme that would capture her fun, outgoing personality and incorporate her love of ballet and dressing up!

An evite from COCODOT

All of Mia's friends would be asked to wear a leotard and be given a TUTU, a BOA and a TIARA when they arrive.

Mia does not shy away from the spotlight and, of course, would have a special TUTU.

For the decor, how about hanging these LILLY POMPONS from the ceiling? Cute, right?

Make your own tablecloth with fabric from LS FABRICS.

PINK PEONIES in julep cups in a row down the center of the table.

White goblets from JONATHAN ADLER. Mia is very stylish, so her party has to be too!

Fun cookies from ELENI'S - a great company and they ship across the US.

PINK LEMONADE for the kids and PINK CHAMPAGNE for the parents.

STRAWBERRY PARFAITS are a fun treat before the cake arrives.

Goodie bags for the girls filled with assorted PINK CANDY, PRINCESS LOLlIPOPS and princess theme SILLY BANDZ . (Mia loves them.)

Instead of a birthday cake, I would serve a cake stand with cupcakes and candles. Mia's mom is a talented baker and would want to bake Mia's dessert from scratch. She could use these PRINCESS CUPCAKE WRAPPERS.

Or this fun PRINCESS CUPCAKE KIT

Happy Birthday! Hope you have a great day!

  1. Awww...I still love this post. :)

Yesterday we took Mia to the American Girl store so she could have her doll's ears pierced and hair done. Time flies...!
